Appointments are required all times. Flexible hours available on request for Saturdays.

***A DEPOSIT AMOUNT OF $50 IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ALL APPOINTMENTS. THAT AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE COST OF YOUR PROCEDURE.*** ARE SCHEDULE IS VERY STRUCTURED & CANNOT RUN BEHIND. ***THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!

  • *Must be 18 years or older for any services to be performed.
  • *ALL SCHEDULING AND/OR RESCHEDULING – is to be made through are toll free phone number where you can leave a message within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • *We DO NOT EXCEPT cancellation messages through Social Media.
  • *If you fail to reschedule or do not come at your appointed time, your $50 deposit fee is non-refundable & another $50 deposit fee is required to reschedule another appointment.
  • *PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY IF YOU ARE TRAVELING FROM OUT OF TOWN or STATE.  We may not be able to honor an appointment if more than 15 minutes late.  (NO EXCEPTIONS.)
  • *After first initial permanent makeup application there is a $100 touch-up fee appointment. If you decide you want to change the style or shape or want more touch-ups at your preference normal rates will apply.
  • *Arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

DISCLOSURES:

If you show up to your appointment knowingly under the influence of mood altering drugs/medications (Oxycodone or Valium) Linda will not preform any procedures. You will be cancelled. Your $50 deposit is non-refundable. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Linda does not perform procedures on clients with the following contradictions:

  • Pregnant or nursing.
  • Trichotillomania
  • Hemophilia
  • Currently on Accutane.
  • If you are required to be on antibiotics prior to any type of procedure, a clearance letter from your physician will be required.
